Action:

1) Select 'the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Select the desired printer from the 'Name' drop-down list box in the 'Printer' group.

3) Click 'Properties...'. (The Printer Properties dialog box appears.)
4) Make sure the correct print range is chosen from the 'Print Range' group.
NOTE: If a range or paragraphs are highlighted, make sure the 'Selection' option is chosen.
5) Make sure the correct paper source (tray) is selected from the 'Paper source' drop-down list box.
